- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notary fees and travel fees are separate. Travel is based on distance. Total cost is confirmed in advance. If notarization cannot be completed due to missing or improper identification or documents, the travel fee will still apply. Returning clients receive a $5 discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick call or message to confirm your needs and schedule a time and location. At the appointment, I review the documents, verify your identification, and complete the notarization. Please have a valid government-issued photo ID ready: • Driver’s license • State ID • U.S. passport • Military ID Before leaving, I ensure all documents are completed and provide a receipt.
