FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee, no hidden charges, no add ons. No mileage fees, no extra fees. So, I also don't do discounts. I will collect a check at our third meeting, because it's the last thing you want to think on the day of your wedding. I won't cash your check until after the ceremony.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My services usually involve a visit to see if we are a good fit. If we both feel comfortable moving forward, we will talk about the ceremony and I will provide tools to get you thinking about your ceremony, what is important to you and your expectations. We will meet two more times, once to get into the requirements and wishes of your ceremony and the third to finalize the ceremony and make sure you are ready to go. Rehearsals are pretty important, so I will plan on being available for the rehearsal, and then of course on the day of the wedding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My parents made sure I had a foundation in religious background. I attended a catholic college, but was raised as a protestant. And despite all that, I have formed my own beliefs, I am very spiritual and believe in a higher power. But, everyone should have their own beliefs, and mine should not be yours, so I don't push an agenda. Your wedding ceremony is about you, as a couple, and that is what we will emphasize during your ceremony.
