Hi Lacey, Thank you so very much for the 5 star review. I truly enjoyed working for you and Elliot to make your ceremony and reception memorable and unique. While guests were standing at the buffet table, they were pointing and commenting on the bubble producers on the other side of the tent. Talking to the on and off site park managers was a good move right from the start. I am glad all details about our set up and time frame were worked out way in advance before your wedding date. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do not charge per package and offer a flat fee with options. This way the customer gets to pick and choose what they want. It is all about finding the right fit for any client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Set up an appointment at the customers convenience. Meet at my office, 1/2 way between my office and theirs, or I go to where they are located. A conference call can be arranged, but for weddings, meeting face to face is extremely important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I go to trade shows when time allows, and talk to others in the business around the US. I was an on air radio DJ in college, and I have my FCC license.
