I've been using Rich's services for 8 years now. He is one of the most honest, responsible, reasonable, hard working people we've ever met. There isn't anything he can't fix if it has to do with construction. If I owned a large RE development property, he would be Head of Construction/repairs. His knowledge is well extended in RE as well. People should copy his work ethics also.

I own a condo in which Richard is part of the property management team. I have owned the condo now for eight years.
