Paul was professional and friendly. Through all of our conversations he was very clear and was able to accommodate a date for service change with out a problem. I had a large sectional cleaned. It was covered in drywall dust. Somehow it did not get covered when demo was done and I thought it could never be restored. My only mistake was not taking a before picture. This picture is after and my sectional looks brand newFeb 5, 2018Verified
Paul was very responsive to my e-mails. He cleaned our 26 year old Family room Berber carpet, for the exact price quoted, within one week of our inquiring. We have 2 young Labrador Retrievers who make quite a mess! He did an excellent job.Nov 26, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is quite simple - I charge by the room or by the furniture piece. Over sized rooms are a little more and natural fibers are a little more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? The manufacturer of the compounds that I use holds seminars almost annually to bring us up to date on the latest cleaning compounds and methods - I almost always attend these seminars - They are not only informative but They feed us too
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Totally by accident - I was a copy writer for a radio station in Boston and was getting fat and out of shape - I needed a temporary change and took a job cleaning rugs for a nation wide cleaning company. I liked the work, lost weight, and got in shape. So after two years I decided to go out on my own - Needless to say "temporary" became permanent!
