Introduction: Take the Lead believes that every pet deserves the unconditional best care possible. The founder of Take the Lead, Nancy Pickwick, had a first-hand experience on how hard it can be to find good pet care especially dog care which she could consistently trust and depend on during her years in the business world. Inflexible overnight booking and rigid hours left her frustrated.
Nancy determined that there was a call for passionate, honest and reliable pet care. Available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and all holidays. Take the Lead was born, a South Shore pet care that would meet the needs of clients who didnt keep the regular nine-to-five routine. Today, a high percentage of her teams clients are referrals and repeat customers, proof to the quality of care given to every pet.
