- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are constant new trends being set in the food industry and I like to be able to provide that for my customers if they were to ask. Therefore, I am almost always attending specialized classes.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Everything can be custom made. For my private chef service, it's important for my customers to realize that whatever they want and need can be done. A sample menu is exactly that, a sample. We want our customers to look forward to the moment they have their meals and to savor every last bite. This is why we can recreate, customize, and omit anything you want.
