Introduction: I feel that I stand out by the work I do and the background that I have brought into my massage. I work with each client on an individual bases, adding herbs, essential oils, hot stones, all to create the massage that is best for them. Ayurveda is based on each person, and we work to create a balance, of life,in body mind and spirit. This is what I am able to bring to my clients. My clients, my freedom to work with each client as an individual. Working for myself allows me to give the time, to listen to my clients, to understand what each clients needs.

I've been seeing Heather for over a year. I like to try different things and each new experience has been awesome. I now do all of them as a regular treatment. Give her a try, you won't regret it. She is kind and talented. I travel 45 minutes to get there and that speaks to how much I appreciate her.

I have been seeing Heather for almost 2 years for massage and Ayurveda treatments. Love them all, I have never been disappointed. So I decided to try Reiki. It is something new for me and seemed a little unusual. But I loved it, very relaxing and I think I feel more energized now that it is a couple days later. If you are thinking of trying this, give Heather a chance. She is good at all the services she offers and this in no exception. I wasn't sure I would enjoy a treatment where there is no pressure, touching or oil...but it was indeed great.

The Ayurvedic panchakarma program, because it is set up for each individual person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always, going to spa conventions to know what is the up and coming for the spa world and how it will effect my small business. I have been working in Ayurveda body-work, this is a full body approach. I am in the process of taking an Herbal program, to help create my own personal oils for my clients, to have a larger understanding of how simple herbs effect the body. Along with the herbal program, I am also doing an Ayurvedic course( their Is so much to learn).
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My kids, my family. I saw how important good, healthy touch was, and how many people do not have that. Touch is a simple but powerful tool.
