Introduction: I am a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Condoning Association with advanced specialties in Corrective Exercise and MMA Conditioning from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I work with a wide variety of clients from people looking to lose weight and tone up to professional athletes. I use a science based approach to exercise selection and programming and always adapt my workouts to my clients likes to ensure an enjoyable workout.
