My experience with Mark has been over my expectations when I thought there was no solution after speaking with several plumbers Mark came in and with his expertise has gotten the job done. My wife and I are very thankful. Very very neat he is not like other trades that I have met who leave tools and debris behind mark has been very organized. He has installed two of my bathrooms and again very satisfied with his service.

I originally hired Mark Larose to fix a leak under the bathroom sink area. He did that well. I also had a toilet that never quite stopped dribbling water into the bowl. I had a replacement flapper unit that he installed. He also went out to the store and got a faucet unit to replace the leaky rusty one I had. These were all very appreciated extras. However when he was leaving after installing them, he said the flapper was sticky and would have to wear in. It never did and we were left with a toilet that stayed at full flush unless you manually pushed down the flapper. Also the clip on the sink plug fell off.. no plug action. It took him 5 days and 2 calls to return to fix these things. I suggested maybe the fill valve needs to be checked out? He said no, "fixed " both issues and left. A day later we were again with a runaway flapper and lost sink clip. I will never be asking him back to fix it again. Need to find someone who can
