- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The same cruise / package can change price from week to week. The airfare has a big part to do with that . Unless you book in and hold with a deposit, pricing is always subject to change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All the time. Just finished 6 refresher classes the other night.
