I have been working with Oldden for about two month now and he has exceeded every one of my expectations. Not only has he been able to push me but I love that he can explain why he has me do what I do. In these two months I can definitely see the changes I want.

Oldden has been really great to work with. We have been training for a month now and I have already lost 8 pounds! We train at my house and he always has a fun workout planned. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to lose weight.

I have been working with Oldden for a few weeks now and have been very pleased with our sessions. Oldden keeps the sessions fresh by changing up each workout that I do. He has also kept me working through asthma issues, helping me to get some semblance of a workout in even when I am not 100%. I would absolutely recommend Oldden.

I would recommend Oldden to everyone. As a pre-med student, my schedule is very busy but he's been very flexible and accommodating. He also drives to my apartment. He's both great company and very efficient. He even has paramedic training, and he uses this to sate my insatiable curiosity--about how certain workouts work and their specific target areas. I'm a dancer, and I've found huge success with Oldden. I've noticed considerable muscle gain in all the right places, and I look leaps and bounds better than I did before we started training. Thanks Oldden!
