- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by the amount of in person sessions and if any additional services are needed such as nutritional guidance and a detailed plan if you plan to workout on your own.

I work with a wide variety of clients with just as wide a variety of goals. Functional training, tone and firm, weight loss, and body building are just some of the goals I have helped clients achieve
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I always enjoy working with civil servants, I recently trained several military recruits who wanted to prepare for basic training. It is always a great feeling to help others reach their goals.
