- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to own hotels and restaurants. It's the banquet department that I enjoyed the most so I started my own when I sold the last hotel! All of my staff has restaurant and/or hotel training.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We perform weddings, anniversaries, showers, graduations, fundraisers, special events and funerals.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try the food first! Ask LOTS of questions!
