So disappointed, called them many times and left for them tons of voice messages and no one has got back to me. So, my story is I did an appointment with them on their website and everything was confirmed by date and time, and the day before my appointment they sent me an email and text message to confirm my virtual appointment. The day has come and I opened the zoom link that has sent to me by them to join the meeting, I was there for almost 30 minutes and no one did show up. I did try to call them and no one did pick up the phone.
