- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every tax return is different so prices are different. Pricing is dependent upon the number and types of Forms required, the number of States filed, and the time it takes. Accounting Services are initially priced at an hourly rate and then changes to a flat fee per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet at your home or office for a Free initial consultation to review your paperwork and discuss your situation. From there we decide if we want to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Earn 15 Credit Hours of Accredited Continuing Education in Taxation and Professional Ethics every year.
