FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair, upfront pricing based on the scope of work—no hidden fees. Smaller jobs (outlets, switches, light fixtures, troubleshooting) are typically quoted at a flat rate, while larger projects (new circuits, rewiring, remodel work) are priced after evaluating the job. I focus on doing the job correctly and safely the first time, so you don’t end up paying twice for temporary fixes. Diagnostic fees may apply for troubleshooting, but that cost is applied toward the repair if you move forward with the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the issue or project and asking a few quick questions to get a clear picture. For smaller jobs, I can often provide a quote right away. For more involved work, I may need to take a look in person. Once approved, I schedule the job promptly, often times same—day service, and complete the work efficiently while keeping everything clean and up to code. I make sure everything is tested and working properly before I leave. My goal is to make the process simple, stress-free, and done right the first time.
