My landscapers destroyed my light post with their equipment, and I was disassembling the post when I realized I was going to need a professional. Within minutes of my inquiry, Newpath responded and within just hours, I had a new light post installed. Kyle was personable, professional, and demonstrated a mastery of his specialty. I would absolutely hire Newpath again for all of my electrical needs. Thanks for picking up the pieces and putting me in a better position than I was in yesterday!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair, upfront pricing based on the scope of work—no hidden fees. Smaller jobs (outlets, switches, light fixtures, troubleshooting) are typically quoted at a flat rate, while larger projects (new circuits, rewiring, remodel work) are priced after evaluating the job.
I focus on doing the job correctly and safely the first time, so you don’t end up paying twice for temporary fixes. Diagnostic fees may apply for troubleshooting, but that cost is applied toward the repair if you move forward with the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the issue or project and asking a few quick questions to get a clear picture. For smaller jobs, I can often provide a quote right away. For more involved work, I may need to take a look in person.
Once approved, I schedule the job promptly, often times same—day service, and complete the work efficiently while keeping everything clean and up to code. I make sure everything is tested and working properly before I leave. My goal is to make the process simple, stress-free, and done right the first time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All members of NewPath have qualified, hands-on experience in residential electrical work, including troubleshooting, installations, and full system upgrades. Our background includes working with outlets, switches, lighting, panel work, running new circuits, and extensive experience on remodel projects.
We focus on safe, code-compliant work and continue building our expertise through real-world experience across a wide range of electrical and home projects. Our priority is to deliver reliable, professional results that homeowners can trust.
