Reggie did a great job on a tricky ceiling drywall/plaster patch. Quick to respond and a nice guy to boot—would definitely recommend!
Reggie is incredible at anything home improvement/fixing. He got my last house ready to sell and more recently insulated old window casings and replaced some carpet with brand new hardwood floors. His attention to detail is impeccable, he's very communicative, and he doesn't bullshit you about what's possible or realistic. Highly recommend working with him for any projects, big or small!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to charge by the job as opposed to by the hour. In my experience, sometimes the "simplest jobs" can have unexpected complications and may take longer than anticipated. By charging by the job, I feel I'm able to keep my prices fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My assistant and myself like to take the time to get to know our customers and really listen to their questions and/or conerns. We're happy to take our time to find the most efficient way to address their needs.

I have over 10 years experience in home improvement.
