Reginald is great! His work is of high quality and his communication is great. He puts in the time to meet your schedule and gets the work done. He doesn’t cut corners but will be upfront and honest in areas you could save money. He is flexible to your ideas on your project and he also gives input if needed. I continue to use him on all may renovations and overall home repair needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to charge by the job as opposed to by the hour. In my experience, sometimes the "simplest jobs" can have unexpected complications and may take longer than anticipated. By charging by the job, I feel I'm able to keep my prices fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My assistant and myself like to take the time to get to know our customers and really listen to their questions and/or conerns. We're happy to take our time to find the most efficient way to address their needs.
