- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a typical commercial client, the process begins with an initial information gathering session. This can take place over the phone, video chat, or in person. I want to find out exactly what my client's needs are, and how best to fulfill them. Once we have established the scope of a project, I provide my clients with a detailed quote for services. Once accepted and payment terms are agreed upon, I begin work on the project. This can take many forms from travel to the client's site to mailing and returning of products for commercial shots. The client will have a chance to review images before they are invoiced. I want to make sure that they are getting the right images, so my process includes multiple rounds of edits. Once the images are examined by the client for suitability and quality and I have received their final approval, I send the last invoice for any remaining balance due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 10 years in the commercial banking and mortgage industries. I like to say I "speak real estate." I know what buyers and sellers are interested in seeing in a property, and I can tailor a marketing package to each listing.
