What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $80 an hour to do any furniture assembly. With additional $15 travel fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My rate is $80 per hr. $100 if project is less than 1 hr. There is a $15 additional for traveling fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Home Improvement Contractor License.
