Fast and very responsive. I got an estimate the same day I requested for the service via Thumbtack. Ed came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. He seemed very knowledgeable about tree pruning. His evaluation encluded suggestion of trees that would need to be cut, the health of the trees etc. His written estimate was detailed on the work to be done. This was important for me because this was my first experience in tree trimming. In addition, I am very analytical by nature so the numbers/details made sense. They came out, on time. Ed also asked if I had any concerns or last minute requests. His objective was to make sure that I am completely satisfied. Since my project consists of two sessions, I do plan to hire them again. They also did a great job cleaning up. My opinion, you will not be dissatisfied or disappointed with these guys. Thanks Ed & NE Tree service!

These guys did a great job. They scheduled us right away, and had the tree down 4 days after our first handshake. Their price was good. They were careful to protect my house and property while they took down a tree that weighs tens of thousands of pounds. They worked hard and fast. The tree had nails and metal spikes that wrecked their chainsaws and prevented them from using their industrial tree chipper, but they STILL got it down in one day. They cleaned the job site well and dragged the giant half-ton hunks of tree out of the way and came back two days later with a truck to pick them up. No extra charges. No complaints. Cheerful despite a tough job that went overtime and wrecked equipment. Couldn't ask for better.

NE Tree did an outstanding job with our brush removal. They came within 24 hours of initial contact, were fairly competitive in price and did a great job. Our property was clean when they left and they went above and beyond, trimming down a stump that wasn't part of the initial quote. We will definitely use them again for our tree needs.
