Introduction: In addition to formal education (MBA & Masters in Accounting at Nichols College) I have real world experience as a corporate accountant for a multi-billion dollar Real Estate Income Trust. That level of experience is uncommon in the Worcester area. I love the challenge of working with small companies. Owners of small companies do somethings really well, like being a Real Estate Agent or a Chef, but dread the paperwork and regulatory side of the industry. I enjoy watching companies succeed because business owners can focus on what their trade!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two types of pricing groups (small business & medium sized businesses) and are based upon the services rendered. My website has a more detailed overview of each section. My clients are often surprised that my small business hourly rate is competitive with most bookkeeping companies who don't have the education or corporate accounting experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the following degrees: Associates Arts concentration in Accounting and Associates Science in Business Management (transfer) from Northern Essex Community College. In 2011 I attained my Bachelors Science Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Nichols College. I am two classes short of my Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Accounting with an anticipated graduation date of May 2015. I am a registered QuickBooks Pro-Advisor.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is my third career, after an enlistment in the US Navy (stationed in San Diego, CA) and various side jobs that add to my resume. At 30, I decided to go to college full time and concentrate on my business aptitude.
