Made an appointment at 9am to arrive and perform the work I needed. Instead, he arrived at 10am and when I questioned where he was at 9a. He just said "Well... I was running late" I told him that when you make an appointment you keep it - he didn't even apologize nor call me. I had to get ready for another appointment myself so I told him to leave.
