Working with Sean has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. Over the past few years I’ve gained negative programs to my life I was lazy terrible things have occurred in my life i officially lost myself. One day I was at work and I realized I needed to change my act I needed to have a major come back specially to recover my son. I got on this app and I submitted my application and Sean was one of the first ones to reach back to me. I got home and he called me at the exact time we agreed on and honestly everything I was holding back I finally said how I truly felt and Sean immediately told me what was going on, explained about the negative programs I’ve picked up over the years. I started working with Sean and I saw my life starting to change to the right path. He’s not a therapist he’s a life coach and trust me if I would’ve know Sean since I was younger I know my life would’ve been different a long time ago but god wanted me to learn my lessons and finally gave me a gift and that gift was Sean so Sean thank you for everything thank you for believing in me when everybody gave up on me, thank you for helping me become the man I am becoming now. I highly do recommend Sean to anyone even if you are on the right path I highly recommend have Sean see your progress trust me you will have an amazing time with Sean. Sean was right... the "perfectionist" never writes a review🤦‍♀️. Here I am almost 2 years later writing my review, but what he said still rings in my ears...I get so overwhelmed with doing something either perfectly, or all at once or not at all (i.e. writing a good review), that my all-or-nothing thinking keeps me stagnant and I do nothing. Sean helped me break down things into smaller, manageable chunks during a very stressful time in my life. He very patient and someone like me needs that. My coaching season with Sean was brilliant. I felt the movement in my mindset by the end of the session. He really takes the time to listen and asks the right questions which allows you to dig deep within yourself. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I encourage my clients to enroll in 3 or 6 month packages as I believe transformation to be a process. My rate is $520/month which includes 4 structured meetings and unlimited support in between calls.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always give a 45-60 minute no-cost session. We explore want you want, what’s getting in the way, and create a vision of what it would be like to powerfully step into your vision. Following this exploratory session, we will determine if you are a good fit for my style of coaching. If so, it is my suggestion to commit for 90 days in service of your truest transformation. I generally work with clients for 60 minutes once per week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Adventure Education, an MBA in Business Management, attended intensive coach training school for 1 year, and I am a professionally certified life coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. I have well over 1000 hours of direct coaching experience.
