Great experience with the Definition team. I hired them to do regular maintenance on my split heat pump ducted system. Daniel the tech was super professional and knowledgeable. Its clear this team knows what theyre doing. I appreciated the communications and notifications from the company as well. Will be calling them again for next years maintenance.

I would give Definition Heating, Cooling and Plumbing 20 stars if I could. We had our first visit today 10/5 for annual maintenance on our heat and hot water system. Dan Moore did a thorough evaluation of our system while thoroughly explaining what he found and what we need to plan for in the future. His knowledge, professionalism and genuine desire to put us at ease go above and beyond any trades professional I have experienced. We've had annual heatingmaintenance performed on our system in the past and the technician was in and out in about 20 minutes. Dan was here for over an hour ensuring that our system would be in good working order to get us through the winter taking time to check both the heat and hot water. Definition Services defines the very best in plumbing, heating and cooling.

My husband, Tom McManus wrote a review and I want to echo how wonderful our service was for our annual maintenance. I also want to share the incredible customer service I received from Laura when I first inquired about switching to Definition from our previous service provider. I was impressed with her knowledge and outstanding customer service. I was also impressed with how there was no hard sell despite their being a new business. Her only concern was my satisfaction as a customer with what her company could provide. Typically we schedule a virtual or in-person appointment and review the issue, then we provide you with multiple solutions, explaining each option so you can make an informed choice. We try to complete all repairs the same-day and system replacements the same week.
