Remedy Cooling and Heating went out of his way to help fix a broken water heater before one of the coldest weekends of the year. He was so responsive and stayed late Friday night before the snowstorm on Saturday to make sure my condos water heater was replaced. He worked late into the night and did a fantastic job. I charge a fee of $150 to come and assess the issue. Then from there I am able to resolve the problem.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I assess the issue and let the customer know what I need to do to resolve it. I let the customer know what the cost will be, and then I am able to fix the problem for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a trade school to learn HVAC in a year long program. I received my EPA Universal Certification which allows me to work on any system that involves HVAC. I have been working in this field of work for the past 8 years.
