We had a plan for K&B to get work done to clean up our property prior to a Labor Day party. He provided me with a quote after walking the property and taking pictures. We appreciated his quote and agreed to have him do the work. He mixed up start dates which was fine and he started a day later than agreed upon. After he and his team showed up after the first day, my quote went up by multiple hundreds of dollars and the work was not completed. He came back the next day by himself after saying his workers called out on him. After seeing the increase on the quote, I scaled down on the work I was hoping to have done. Multiple days went by with little work being done. The night before our party, he said he would come by to finish the work and then the day of he told me he couldn’t because his wife had to work a double shift. We agreed that I would just finish the work that was never completed. The work that was completed was done pretty well.
