Introduction: I am the sole member of Revive Mindfulness, LLC and have extensive training in Mindful Yoga, Stress Reduction and Mindful Living Practices for children through adults. I work effectively with people who have little or no experience with yoga or stress management. I am a Certified Yoga teacher RYT 200 hour, all levels. My yoga is gentle and meditative, using breath and movement. No experience needed. I love helping people feel good about themselves by relieving stress, anxiety and depression. I teach both Mindfulness and Yoga, however I teach these practices individually or together- based on your interests. I work with children and adults who struggle with stress, anxiety and depression and teach simple exercises that can be used every day. I am a consultant, educator and health advocate for all ages. I teach at schools, in the community, at the workplace and privately.

After several years of looking for different counselors to help our son , my husband and I decided to give Mindfulness a try . He has been diagnosed with ADHD and Anxiety but we didn’t want to resort to medication , so we called Sally . She came into our home for private , 1:1 sessions with our son , because that worked best for our busy schedule . From the first time we met , Sally was pleasant and kind and portrayed a sense of calm . She helped my son build a strong foundation with Mindfulness and he uses the techniques and strategies that he has learned in everyday life, especially as he transitioned to Middle school . We were so pleased with the results and her practice that we decided to sign up our daughter for classes as well . However, she participated in group sessions at the local YMCA with other kids in the community . She loved going and really benefitted from learning the basics . Although she does not have a diagnosis or any struggles in school, we know that as she becomes a young woman she will absolutely be able to use these techniques in any area of her life and build upon them through Sally’s help. Not only was Sally a great teacher and role model for our kids , she continues to keep in touch and frequently send emails and updates for future community events and classes . I also had the pleasure of taking yoga classes with her , which I had recently gotten into after finding out more about the work Sally does and changing our family values to promote positive and healthy relationships . We are so happy to have met her and we now practice Mindfullness as a family !

Sally recently spoke at a networking event. She was so inspiring. Her expertise is second to none in helping people reduce stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness and so much more. It is so important to learn tools to help with our daily stresses instead of taking a pill from a doctor and she can help you with these stresses. I highly recommend Sally.

Sally is an effective meditation instructor who is dedicated to understanding her audience in order to maximize results. After taking her classes, I've been able to implement mindfulness best practices into my daily life and have noticed a definite reduction in my anxiety. She also taught me a series of yoga postures that I now do every morning - what a great start to the day! I would highly recommend Sally to other thumbtack users - thanks so much Sally!
