Introduction: For me, working with you to achieve best results is the most important thing. First thing I do is sit down with you and hear your concerns. From that point we can decide what form(s) of helping are the best. If you know already what you need (Reiki versus Spiritual Counseling versus...?), we can begin it immediately.
If we are doing some form of energy work, I like to sit down with you and process (thats Therapist lingo for talk about) what you and I discovered/experienced in your session. People tend to find this important in getting a better understanding about what is going on with them.
I keep the results of our sessions private as mandated by the HIPPA regulations. If you want to talk to others about your experience, that is perfectly your right.

Mitch's skill in energy healing is unsurpassed in my experience. My very first (April 2004) energy healing was on a lark and I did not believe that it would have any effect on me and i wasn't even open to that possibility, but i left that treatment in awe and went from a life long atheist to feeling connected to God (still not religion tho!). Mitch was that energy healer. I have continued to receive treatments from him weekly and he continues to awe me, pushing me forward in recovering health and deepening my spiritual connection. I never let a week go without a treatment from Mitch and I am so thankful that spirit has brought his stellar energy into my life! Prepare to be amazed!!

I have had many energy sessions with Mitchell and his insight into what's going on energetically are very deep and profound, he also gives very good advice to what changes I need to make to live life in peace and harmony and greater health on many levels. I can highly recommend him for energy work as well as counseling.
