Introduction: I offer both executive and personal coaching. I am a licensed psychologist in MA and a retired army officer, so my coaching is truly a marriage of the tenets of psychology with the leadership principles I learned and ended up teaching in the army. I love offering assessments (personality and career) to people, sharing the feedback these assessment tools offer and then establishing personal goals to set and work towards achieving. I am skilled at helping professionals improve their executive functioning skills (planning, sequencing tasks, organizing, managing time, etc.) as well as young adults in or just out of college.
