Following a "once in a generation" rain storm, our basement flooded for the 1st time in 18 years that we lived in our home. Choosing Leal Restoration to perform the water remediation services was a blessing, and I cannot express enough gratitude for their exceptional work. First and foremost, the response time was impressive. Their quick response not only minimized the extent of the damage but also demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. From the initial assessment on site at 12:30 am, with the work beginning that morning to the complete remediation and dryout every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. While emergencies can be expensive, the service fees that Marcus provided were reasonable, and the outcome of the services performed was worth it, exceeding expectations. The expertise and knowledge displayed by Marcus and his team were truly commendable. They conducted a thorough assessment of the affected areas, identifying not only visible damage but also potential hidden issues that could have led to long-term problems.
