I was looking for transportation for a wedding one way. I was told that he would try to send the limousine, but if it wasn't available he would send a new, suv type vehicle like a Chevy Suburban or Lincoln. I said that it was for a wedding, so needed to be something nice. He did show up on time, however came in a mini-van. This didn't seem appropriate to me and was a bit embarrassing. However, we didn't have any time to do anything about it, so the bride and bridal party all hopped into the minivan to head to the wedding. So, while the price was slightly better than the next quote I got, if I knew it was going to be for a minivan, I would have taken the limo from someone else. He did provide a carseat for our flower girl, so I was relieved that he kept that commitment.

Mike was awesome, from our first phone call to pick up , he was very professional and accomodating. My need was a one way pick up from Logan Airport, to my home in NH. I was in California when I made the initial contact. Mike always answered phone , never had to leave a message, no automated responses. Very rare in a company, these days. His pricing is extremely reasonable. No added or hidden fees. His cars are meticulously clean. I highly recommend City Limo, to everyone. As a matter of fact; I cannot wait til I need his service, again.
