We needed to install an over the range microwave in our apartment and booked an appointment with Oscar Reyes from Property Management.
Due to certain unforeseen circumstances, Oscar was unable to meet at previously scheduled time but to compensate for this, he offered to reschedule the next day in the evening and do the job free of charge.
The job seemed straightforward initially but when he tried to install the microwave, the cabinets above became unstable. So, after trying for an hour and a half, he suggested to come in early morning to get the work completed.
Oscar came in the next morning and it took him another hour and a half to finish the job. So, I even offered to happily to pay for his time, but he graciously declined to accept any money and the work was done to our complete satisfaction.
I highly recommend Oscar and his company for the great professional services they offer at a very affordable rate (even when it’s not free 😀).
