What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always attending new certification courses for water and fire damage so that our staff is well educated in all the new technology the field has to offer. We realize that the largest room in the world is the "Room for improvement". We are always learning and bettering ourselves so we can help our customers with any situation they may have.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since I was just a little boy I can remember working with my Uncle who owned a carpet Cleaning company that eventually lead over to a Water and Flood restoration company. I loved working in the field and I knew that is was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Well here I am still going strong!
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of job we deal with are pipe breaks and toilet overflows although we can get a wide variety of flood calls relating to foundation cracks in basements after a rain storm.
