Cathy takes her work seriously. My muscles were very tight and she wasn't afraid to put elbow grease into it to help the knots come out. She can be gentle too, but the real surprise was the fact that she could get to muscles that I didn't even know existed! I also appreciated her warm personality. She is very open and talks you through what she is doing so that nothing comes as a surprise. You will be sore in the morning, but it will be well worth it! You should have your own music and expect a serious massage. No fluffy stuff here! Which is exactly what I needed. Thanks, Cathy!

Cathy was on time, pleasant and gives a VERY strong massage, which I like ( no fluff and buff here). Her hands intuitively find the spots that need to be worked on. Not all therapists have that sense.
