Matt, Mike, and the whole Midnight Brunch team were amazing to work with. We had a capped budget and a tight turnaround and they still pulled off the job with an incredible work product that really made our brand look professional. We were super impressed by their communication, speed, and thoroughness throughout the whole project, and we got a ton of compliments on the final video. We would definitely use these guys again!

We worked with Midnight Brunch on a commercial shoot and several edits. They were extremely easy to work with throughout the whole process. We needed a commercial done and had an idea of what we wanted. We brought the idea to them and they had so many great ideas to take our little idea and make it far more effective. The final video was great! We even had them re-purpose the footage from the original shoot and they were able to help create a series of new videos with our original content that really stood out. As the owner of a fitness facility, I used to film my own videos on my phone for my website and social media. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is either project-based fees or monthly fees depending on the project and scope of work. For example, some clients we have ongoing relationships to support their marketing efforts, other clients only need periodic video production work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'd love to chat over a coffee, tea, drink on us! We want to know as much as possible your company and marketing goals so we can exceed your expectations! During this discovery session we'll discuss topics like: how much you want to be involved, what your measures of success are for the project, brand and our relationship, tell us about your brand... and more.
