Introduction: I pay attention to the small things, organization, cleanliness and custom fitting clients needs to the work that needs to be done. Not a one method fits all mentality. I exercise this saying, "One and done". Do it right the first time and there is no need to come back to do it again. Doing a little bit of everything. It keeps the work I do interesting, which creates an environment for myself that allows me to be constantly learning new things. Also peoples trust is a hard thing to earn and I like walking away from those experiences confident that I've done that well.

Rob did a outside exterior paint job for me. He went above and beyond what i wanted or expected. Professional, meticulous, great work, on time, finished in a timely manner, and cleaned up after himself. Would hire again.

He came to my house to work on the storm door that broke. Not only did he fix that, but was cost efficient, checked multiple other doors, checked and adjusted each spring on them, made adjust a glass door to ensure that it closed properly, and did it at cost for one door. Contacted that day and was at the job in less then thirty minutes. Came back with parts and tools and finished later on that evening.

I had an entertainment center and a broken dvd player that I desperately needed fixed. As it was the center of my family's gathering. He not only showed up on time, but came prepared for the job. He was able to quickly fix my problem and also took my wires and hide them in my wall. I didn't even know that was possible! Very satisfied!

Rob did a fantastic job completing the remodel of my spare room. He had tremendous attention to detail in each aspect of the job - from sanding and painting to creating and installing new sills and moldings around the windows and floor. He is meticulous in everything he does, thinks beyond the immediate, and is able to come up with solutions to any problem we had. I would highly recommend his work and will hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For building and painting and I'm performing sq. ft. or linear ft. type of work then I use a zip code based data base which will give me a high price and a low price in that zip code. I then shoot for the middle so I can stay competitive. I bill out @ 65.00 an hour + travel at a two hr. minimum @ 45.00 hr. for standard handyman repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessing the scope of work. Make assurances whether I am or not the person for the job needed completing. To always keep my clients in the driver seat. And the final process to make them feel good about choosing me as their provider of services. Which usually shows in the work I do, by being on time and having a healthy respect for organization and cleanliness.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I've had mostly came from the field through hands on experience. I learned how to read building plans. I have built cruise ferry's, steel buildings of all shapes, from spec houses to multi million dollar homes with the perspective contractors I've worked for over the years.
