I always dreaded vacation planning until I met and worked with Patti. Not only has she made the planning process painless and quick but she has managed to make it fun. Patti was so knowledgeable from the moment I considered booking the cruise until the moment the cruise ended, even after the cruise she reached out to see ask me about my trip! She explained all of the stops on the cruise and what there is to do, even recommended excursions and restaurants ! Everything was planned out, I knew exactly what needed to be done and where I needed to be so i could sit back and relax. If I had questions, she had answers. I will always use Dream Vacations for any of my trips, very pleased!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will do my best to give you the best price for your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need the following info: number of cabins, cabin type(Interior, Oceanview, Balcony or Suite), number of people in each cabin. Has anyone cruised before? This helps get you accurate pricing. I am very serious and passionate about what I do and when I get hired to do a job, I put my heart into giving you the best price. I pay for these leads so if you are just looking (tire kicking) or comparing prices from one agent to another, I would appreciate if please pick someone else.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do weekly webinars, go to regional training once a year, do in person ship inspections and do a yearly conference with one of the fantastic cruise lines to learn from our corporate company.
