- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I will do my best to give you the best price for your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We need the following info: number of cabins, cabin type(Interior, Oceanview, Balcony or Suite), number of people in each cabin. Has anyone cruised before? This helps get you accurate pricing. I am very serious and passionate about what I do and when I get hired to do a job, I put my heart into giving you the best price. I pay for these leads so if you are just looking (tire kicking) or comparing prices from one agent to another, I would appreciate if please pick someone else.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We do weekly webinars, go to regional training once a year, do in person ship inspections and do a yearly conference with one of the fantastic cruise lines to learn from our corporate company.
