Had my combi boiler fail. Akian plumbing made it easy to schedule an appointment. The two technicians without prompting put on shoe covers before entering my house. They diagnosed the problem and were able to order the replacement part and install it quickly. After we chatted about the likely causes of this failure and they remediated the air intake outside the house to attempt for moisture to not get into it during heavy rain. Overall a pleasure working with them, highly professional.
Akian Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric's reply

I recently hired Aiken Plumbing to install all of my heating and cooling systems, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the initial contact to the final walk-through, their communication was top-notch. They kept me informed each step of the way explaining my options clearly without any high-pressure sales tactics.
The crew was professional-they arrived on time, were respectful of my home, and maintained a clean workspace throughout the project. The work quality is exceptional! The installation is clean, organized, and the systems are running perfectly.
I live and work in Belmont, Massachusetts, and I would highly recommend Aiken Plumbing for anyone in the greater Boston area, looking for reliable, plumbing and heating and cooling experts.

Been working with Akian for over 5 years now, it's very comforting to know I have a company that I can trust and rely on. They are my "go-to" recommendation for family and friend's homes. They've replaced my entire HVAC system, plumbing fixtures, and may other things in my home, and they are always punctual, polite, and do great quality work. Highly recommended, thank you Akian!

It's easy to schedule an appointment and the work is done well and all options communicated clearly. Never felt like I was being upsold, but informed. Akian installed two heat pumps with a total of nine mini split heads, and two heat pump water heaters in our two-family home. It’s been two years since they installed the systems and it’s been a pleasure having them visit annually for maintenance. Happy to have went with Akian on a project of this size, and continue to go with them as we make updates to what was formally my grandparents home (now ours). Would highly recommend!
