- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I truly listen to my client and understand what their goals are whether buying, selling, renting or owning properties to rent. I like to do my own behind the scenes research and then share my knowledge to better educate my client. I feel an educated client is the most important. I then assess each clients needs and cater my marketing plans accordingly. Currently as we approach the winter we are offering sellers commissions as low as 3.5%.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with Buyers, Sellers, Renters and Landlords. I have enjoyed working all sides of the deal. I will help educate and listen to whomever my customers are.
