Our pricing is equal to national and local area average pricing to each and every work scope performance. We do not retail any materials and are a major labor driven company. The charges to materials are at cost to all clients. We carry pickup, handling
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
$500.00 fee to estimate and fill paperwork to pull permit with building department to designated clients’ town. 10% Inicial deposit to prepare work areas and encapsulate working areas from none working areas, thus protecting non working areas from dust and debris or any type of mayhem. 33% deposit of remaining balance upon job demolition completion. 33% deposit of the inicial remaining balance at full job preparation procedures, at ready to install all finishes and having passed plumbing, electrical and building inspections. 20% deposit of the original remaining balance at painting completed and finish fixtures ready for install. 14% and full remaining balance at full job completion and 100% job site and property work areas clean and inspected passing all clients and city inspection requirements.
