Introduction: I have a great passion & respect for people, and the work I provide as a Massage Therapist and for my Clientele. I look forward to providing exceptional Clientele satisfaction, and resolutions to the Client's needs. The first initial visit, consists of the client taking about five mins., to sit down with me, to fill out a Health History form, & ask any questions, or concerns they might have. Reviewing this health history form, allows me to know, a little more about my Client. I will quickly review the form, to check for any contraindications, that might not be suitable for massage. If everything checks out, then we can discuss all the GOALS, they want to accomplish or achieve with massage therapy. Secondly, my client's expectations are extremely important to me, and will help me establish a great understanding of the client's goals per visit. After the first initial appointment, I will be able to discuss any areas of concern, such as knots etc. and give advice on how many visits I feel the client will need to achieve their goal, whether it be rejuvenation, relaxation of stress and stress reduction, or pain relief. Melissa's massage was wonderful! I have been having tremendous pain in my leg and after her deep tissue massage the pain is so much less. I have had PT, MRI's, Xrays and nothing has worked until Melissa started massaging the area. She found knots on my leg and was able to remove them. Her massages are complete from head to toe and you will be very pleased if you hire her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I CREATED MY OWN PRICING SYSTEM. I CHARGE FIFTY DOLLARS AN HOUR, FOR A FULL BODY MASSAGE combined with various MODALITIES. IF THE CLIENT DECIDES THEY ARE INTERESTED IN A NINETY MINUTE MASSAGE, THE FEE IS $75.00 FOR NINETY MINUTES. When a Client schedules an appointment with me for my Professional Massage Services through my "THUMBTACK" account. I ask them some questions. I read their profile to learn the Goals, of the Massage Client, & what work is to be addressed. I provide Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, & R.O.M. exercises, & Reflexology. I address the Client's Goal's, Concerns & Needs, of what they are looking to achieve, such as pain relief or reduction, relaxation, stress relief, or complete rejuvenation. Finally, It is vital to increase circulation, & flexibility for overall good health.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide the best customer service, by establishing the goals and needs of each Client. Then I ask each Client to give me their feedback, so I can help them achieve their goal's with each session. My Client's satisfaction is very important to me!! I LOOK FORWARD TO PROVIDING ALL MY CLIENT'S WITH A WONDERFUL MASSAGE THERAPY experience.

I Graduated from Central Mass Massage & Spa Therapy School, Spencer, Ma., March 14, 2014, with a License in Massage & Spa Therapy. THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSSACHUSETTS, DIVISION OF PROFESSIONAL, LICENSURE BOARD OF MASSAGE THERAPY.(License (active) on 5-20-2014-5-20-2016, L.M.T. #13042 License is in the process of being reinstated.
