Chef Colin was awesome! We hired him for my sister's bachelorette party- the food was amazing, his energy was great and all of the girls loved it. Not only that, Colin had major surgery the day before and still insisted on cooking for us, and did so with a smile. Couldnt have asked for better service from him and his team.

Colin was absolutely amazing to work with! He is incredibly professional and confident about his work. My husband and I hired him for our 21 person intimate wedding and everyone was blown away with the quality and presentation of the food. We can’t stop talking about how amazing his lamb dish was! From start to finish he was a joy to work with. I would recommend hiring him for any event. His assistant, Carlos, and bartender/ server, Maddie, were so pleasant to work with as well. The three of them really elevated our party and we couldn’t be happier about the entire event.

Chef Colin's brunch menu was amazing!! The creme brulee french toast casserole was so good! And everyone had a smoked salmon eggs benny, the corned beef has with sweet potatoes was delish! Thank you so much Chef Colin!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cooking classes are 135.00 for the first person and $75.00 after that, but if you have a group, the prices decrease. Meals I provide to a family of four are generally $250.00 plus the cost of groceries per week. Not too bad considering you now have time to spend with your children as they do their homework. Catering weddings and whatnot varies based on your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hello, when notified that you are looking for a chef, I reach out right away. That way, we may discuss specifics about your event and get you a proper quote with very little delay.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal library of over 200 cookbooks. I receive many periodicals and magazines about the culinary world. I stay in touch with colleagues from Johnson & Wales and I am constantly seeking new procedures and food on the internet. Keeping up with trends.
