- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly reading tips and tricks of the trade magazines and I'm signed up to receive newsletters from different organizations in the industries I represent. I am planning to attend Preston Baileys school when I can afford too and become a member of the American floral industry association but can't until I've worked five years in the field I added floral to my business about 3years ago.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Since I was a kid I loved playing with flowers with my Mimi, I'd make bouquets and arrangements for her from the flowers in her gardens. I got to know my aunt/godmother very well helping her with her business making jewelry when she passed away in 2007 her kids gave her supplies to me because they could see the love I had making pieces with their mom and in turn in 2008 Glitz, Glamour n' Elegance was born and I've been loving it ever since!
