- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary by property depending on variables found at different homes. Each property is unique as are the customer's preferences. Beware of "phone quotes" We actually take the time to visit the property first for a free quote visit so there are no surprises to the customer after the work begins. The quote visit usually takes about 20 minutes and we can answer any questions and explain the process. No salesman will visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss their needs, and their possible options for installation. We then schedule a free site visit to design and price the system. After that at the customers request, we schedule an installation date. We arrive on that date, install the system and clean up after ourselves before we leave.

Certified by NRPP National Radon Proficiency Program which is the Industries leading governing body for Radon Testing and Mitigation certification.
