Can’t Thank them enough. My parents live down the cape and I live in Providence . I was worried about them getting stuck with shoveling and they are getting older. I reached out to above board property services. Fast response reasonable prices!! Highly recommended!!!!

I contacted Above Board for a downed tree in our parking lot. I got a call back right away from Jason who came from a job in Chatham to Bourne in about 2 hours and tackled taking away the tree and also repairing a broken fence panel. He was very professional, completed the job in a timely manner, and went the extra mile cleaning up the driveway from all the debris. I was very pleased to say the least! I will absolutely reach out to Above Board next time we need some help with a project!

Our pricing varies depending on service. Most services require on site estimate to give you an accurate quote. We do offer free estimates. Also if you sign up with us for a season of lawn maintenance. We offer a few options as a bonus.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Choosing a contractor can be difficult. We try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. We are always available for your questions at any time. And try to build a strong long lasting relationship that can last for years to come.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With well over 25 years in the construction and lanscape industry. We have been able to build a wide variety of skills in many fields. But the most important part is our attention to the details. Often overlooked by most people. But thats what makes us stand out beyond the competition.
