Joao Moura was able to diagnose the problem with my computer, a burned out mother board, and return it to me withing a week. I am also greatly appreciative that he allowed me to keep a small laptop that he brought, into which he transferred my solid state drive, which allow me to continue my work for the week that I did not have my computer. I highly recommend Joao if you need competent and swift service.
