Introduction: Hi, my name is Nikki and I offer private art lessons both virtually and in-person. I have a BFA in Art Education and Painting, a Master of Fine Arts, and am Teacher Certified in the state of Massachusetts (with 8+ years of experience) Create artwork that speaks to you from the very beginning! This is not your typical classroom or tutoring session. I will show you how to develop your technical skills in drawing and painting, as well as how to develop your own creative ideas. We will explore aspects of art making through play, collaboration and investigation of subjects that you are drawn to. Each of our sessions together are designed around projects that speak to your own interests, ideas and creative visions. All skill levels are welcome. From beginner to advanced, I will modify projects to each person's skillset. I am here to help you identify and establish art making practices that are aligned with your creative goals, that are fun and that stir your passion. Private Art Sessions ($70/ hr)

Nikki is a patient, kind, creative and incredibly talented art teacher. She is joyful, insightful and an amazing artist herself! She arrives at each lesson with a theme of what she and my daughter will work on, and together they decide what they will create. With each project, Nikki delicately balances her teaching with having Logan trust her artistic instincts; all to continue to help Logan grow and trust herself as an artist. Logan has learned so much about various painting and drawing techniques, as well as a diversity of artists and their approach to their works. She has loved working with Nikki and is excited to continue to work with her. Nikki has become a true mentor and inspiration!!

$70/ hr I offer various discounts for repeat clients and initial art sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first art session together will be dedicated to exploring concepts of interests to my student, a tour of materials, a game plan for project number one and the start of this project.

I have over 8 years of teaching experience and 13 years of painting/ fine art practice. 10,000 hours+ dedicated to my craft.
