What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat fee pricing with no hidden charges whats so ever. We take 50% up front and the remaining balance upon completion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by laying out a strategy that works with in my clients understanding and budget. Once we launch, I go through expectations and survey my clients requirements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I the owner, have a Master's Degree in Advertising and I attend a multitude of seminars that pertain to my field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, I have been in this line of work for over a decade and I decided to start my own company 6 years ago. I am a very creative person with a strong business mind, so marketing and advertising was a no brainer for me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common type of projects are developing websites for public and non-profit organizations. We have been helping groups with that represent causes for some time now and we take pride in doing so.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have recently completed a line of buttons and merchandise for a presidential candidate.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would make sure they feel rapport and a connection. Marketing your business is very personal. Getting along is a must as the project can last months.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We have been doing this for some time and I have a Masters Degree in Advertising from Boston University. I have studied digital media at the highest level.
