- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most claims are covered by Insurance and we work directly with your homeowners to make the process smooth and fast, all projects are appointed a Project Manager who will come out and meet with you to go over the scope to provide an accurate Estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Emergency Water Removal we qualify your claim for coverage by insurance immediately , take all your info dispatch a crew , respond to your Emergency within a hour , start extraction ,decontamination and drying while a Crew Chief or Project Manager goes over paperwork and further process . Our goal is to dry your property in 3 days. If this is a Mold job a appointment will be set up with you and a project Manager to review scope.
